Word packs

PoAgent AI translation is sold as word packs. Purchased words never expire — use them at your own pace.

• 1 word = 1 word of source text. Placeholders, tags and newlines are not charged.
• Deduplication: identical strings in a file are translated and charged once.
• Manual translation, translation memory (TM), glossary, QA checks and MO compilation are free and unlimited.
• On the Russian version of the site prices are shown in RUB at the Central Bank rate.

How words are charged

You are charged only for successfully translated strings:

1. Matches from translation memory (TM) and cache are applied first — free.
2. Remaining strings go to the AI; source words are charged after a successful response.
3. Strings where the AI lost placeholders/newlines and failed to self-fix are not charged.
4. On a network failure the batch is retried — no double charging.

Remaining words

Your balance is shown:

• on the website — Account (number + usage history);
• in the app — Settings → License (balance next to your key).

Connection test

Press «Test connection» in the PoAgentAi profile card — the app sends a test request and shows your available balance.

If PoAgentAi does not respond

• «Insufficient words» / 402 — buy a pack in your account at poagent.net.
• «Key not found» / 404 — check the key in Settings → License.
• «ai_not_configured» — the administrator has not configured the model yet.
• Network errors (HTTP 0, 5xx) — the app retries automatically; check your connection.

Payment

Card payments via our payment provider. Words are credited automatically after a successful payment, and the license key is issued in your account. Receipts and status — Account → Payment history.
